Villa G+2

Client: M.Xhemaili
Location: Makresh

This villa is designed based on the principle of volumetric clarity and integration with the natural context, adapting directly to the steep terrain. The split-level organization and horizontal composition of the volumes follow the existing topography, minimizing site intervention and creating a controlled relationship between the building and the landscape. The use of natural materials such as stone and wood, contrasting with clean surfaces, gives the structure character and continuity with the surrounding environment. Linear glass openings provide natural light and a clear transition between the interior, terraces, and exterior.
